Who would have thought that the 80′s would now be called “Vintage”?!

Not many people look back on the 80′s as an iconic era for fashion… especially when you mostly think of scrunchies and really poofy hair. But that decade is dancing back around! On top of that, the ladies from Dynasty are the inspiration for this fall’s fashion!

We are LOVING that designers are revisiting big-shouldered looks.  A fav look: Big shoulder, a short skirt, and a killer shoe is a great style — HOTT IN ANY DECADE! – 

In the 80′s women wore shoulder pads to compete with men in the boardroom. Today women no longer need to puff themselves up artificially to compete– we don’t need to just dress like we can take over the world– we already have!!  We can just wear certain styles and clothes because we love – no longer because we need to!

Fortunately, power dressing has slightly improved from last time around: the shoulders are not quite so bulky, the waist is slightly more defined, the materials are not quite so, um, shiny. All in all, it’s more famine, yet still says girl power!

Karie’s sassy spin on this look is perfect with leggins or skinny jeans! The bottom tapers down into a more form-fitting and flattering tunic than most. It just screams high-fashion meets comfy. It’s also the Hollywood “go-to” fall trend.

Beyonce was spotted out with Husband, Jay Z wearing the new look! Her white Power Shoulder jacket was ALMOST as cute as the Karlie Tunic (THD1105) ——— almost. It leaves you saying– hey Karlie, you’ve got a little dirt on your shoulder…. we’ll brush it off for ya!

Spotted: Blake Lively showing off her petite figure in this stunning red gown that incorporates her signature plunging neckline. This dress looks fabulous on her, but let’s be honest it is probably a designer dress that is out of our price range! What if you could find a dress that is just as beautiful, but is the right price?
